ONSITE
A. Proceed at our Registration Counter.
B. Fill-out our Auction Application Form and present a valid government issued ID with photo.
C. Pay the refundable/deductible bid deposit of P50,000 (One Hundred Thousand Pesos) in Cash or Manager's Check.
D. Get your unique Bidder Number, Unit List for Auction and Online Login details.

ONLINE
A. Download the Application Form

- Fill up
- Sign each page
B. Scan all pages & send to us via email at support@esauctions.com together with your government issued ID.
C. Wait for our reply and instructions for your Bid Deposit of PHP 50,000.
D. Your deposit is deductible upon payment of your Total Purchases. The deposit is refundable if you did not win in the bidding.

ONSITE
A. List down the Lot Numbers of the units you are interested in and would like to test.
B. Proceed to our Key Station and Fill out the request form to borrow the keys.
C. An assistant will be assigned to you. The designated assistant will hold the key or keys to your desired unit/s for stationary inspection. We also encourage to bring your trusted mechanic to carry out physical and functional inspection of the trucks and equipment in our site.

ONSITE
A. Watch the Price Board Screen to monitor the asking bid price and unit that is being sold.
B. To place a bid, raise your Bidder Number to the bid catcher who is stationed in front of you to signify your intention in bidding on a particular unit at a particular price. The bid catcher will assist you by signaling your bid to the Auctioneer and let you know if and when you have been outbid.
C. If you have been outbid, you may try to bid again until you win. You may bid as may as you want as long as you can.
D.If you are the winning bidder, the bid catcher will confirm your bidder number and the Auctioneer will announce and award the unit to you.
E. After the Auction, you can proceed to the Registration Counter and ask for your Statement of Account to view the details of your winning bids.

ONLINE
A. Login to our Go-Bid Bidding Platform.
B. Click the "Online Live Auction".
C. Monitor the unit being sold and current asking bid price.
D. To place a bid, click the "Enable Bidding" and click the BID button.
E. If you have been outbid, you may try to bid again until you win.
F. If you are the winning bidder, the Auctioneer will announce your bidder number and award the unit to you.
G. After the Auction, you can click the "My Bid Cart" to view all your purchases. You may also contact our support to send your Statement of Account in your email.

Please be reminded that ALL BIDS ARE FINAL and CANNOT BE CANCELED.

A. Proceed to the Registration Counter, present your Statement of Account, all the required documents and your payment or proof/s of payment.
B. Sign and receive all the necessary documents for your units.
C. Proceed to the Key Station and wait for your units to be brought out by our staff.
